Safety

Safety is our first priority, Vrachion Construction takes every precaution possible to ensure the safety of those on our sites. A safety plan is part of every planning process, ensuring that safety issues are addressed as soon as possible and long before work even begins taking in consideration:

Accountability – Everyone is required to be safety conscious, which is a directive from the top down; all of our office staff is trained in the same techniques as our field operatives, who have daily meetings with our subcontractors to ensure each person on-site is aware and following protocol.

Runtime checks – In addition to the dedicated project’s team, each region’s general superintendents visit each project’s site often to check on the team’s safety standards

Visibility and Training – Vrachion Construction requires all of our superintendents to complete safety courses to stay up-to-date with developing standards.

Educating – Vrachion safety manuals are provided to each superintendent to keep on site, detailing required materials, procedures, and process to maintain overall safety on-site each day. Vrachion Construction has one of the best safety records in the industry.
