Project management

Coordination of all parties. Technical and administrative services that coordinate designers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers so that the project meets its objectives.
Early risk identification. With our roots in construction we identify issues before they become problems and recommend alternatives to deliver on time, on budget and to brief.
Construction management
Site management. Day-to-day management of the works, subcontractors and supply chain, with the client's objectives as the point of reference.
Supervision and quality. Comprehensive oversight of every phase to secure quality, regulatory compliance and timely completion.
Safety and reporting. A safety plan is in place before work begins, and progress, cost and quality are reported to the client throughout the works.
Engineering services
Civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Integrated engineering services, from feasibility studies and design to the control and optimisation of facility performance.
Design, contracting and supervision. We design, contract and supervise projects for public and private clients, using current design software and practices.
Consultancy. Professional guidance on investments and regulations to maximise a project's success.

Infrastructure and public works. We build, upgrade and maintain infrastructure projects across the country, for public and private clients, including under public-private partnership (PPP) contracts.
